Vendor Registration
E-Procurement enhancements are here. Vendors are able to register with MDX and become Vendor Registered which will allow companies to receive e-mail notification of solicitations per commodity/service and enable a company to download specific solicitations and applicable addenda. Furthermore, addenda will be sent out electronically automatically to those companies or individuals who have downloaded a specific solicitation.
This new enhancement also allows MDX to generate a list of Vendors and individuals who are interested in specific solicitations. Additionally, the same list will be available online for your review at your convenience, in essence allowing Vendors an opportunity to network with those interested in the same. Nevertheless a hard copy or an electronic copy (pdf) of all our documents may be obtained by contacting the MDX Procurement Office.
By registering as an MDX Vendor, you will enjoy the following benefits:
- Ability to download list of interested vendors for each solicitation
- Ability to download all current solicitation documents and their results
- Notification via e-mail, of all solicitations relevant to your industry
- Notification via e-mail of addenda related to solicitations downloaded
- Updates via e-mail of procurement related news
